Our speaker is David Weisinger (Stills) and here is his story

David was part of the protest movement during early 2020 and 2021. Having seen the complicity of the parliament with the executive branch of Government, David looked into the judiciary as a source of potential remedy for the contravention of the Constitution and the rule of law.

For over 2 years, first with the establishment of a constitutional research group named “Winning Victoria Back” and now with “Constitutional Awareness Australia”

David and his team have continued to support self-represented litigants challenging unlawful State And Federal legislation using legal arguments based on the Constitution, High Court case law, International law and the Common law.

David will be discussing the State struck off Dr Mark Hobart and others, and how judiciary has been weaponised.
